How do I get a quote?

There are several ways to get a quote:

  1. Submit a quote request on the website. You can browse our range of chairs, stools, occasionals, tables and children’s furniture and select the items that you would like a quote on.
  2. Call us on +27 21 854 6034 / +27 11 262 0312 during office hours.
  3. Send us an email.

How do I place an order?

When you are ready to place your order you will need to send us a signed copy of your formal quotation confirming the product style, fabric, and timber finish that you have chosen, along with proof of payment for the deposit of 50% of the total order.

Does Woodbender hold stock?

No, Woodbender manufactures everything to order according to the client’s specifications of timber finish and upholstery fabric. We therefore do not hold stock and have a manufacture lead time of 3-4 weeks.

Can I choose my own timber finish and upholstery fabric?

Yes, there are 11 standard timber finishes to choose from. Any non-standard colours that you may require can be discussed with one of our sales consultants. The upholstery fabric can either be supplied by the client and delivered to our factory (based in the Western Cape, South Africa) or the client can specify a fabric from one of the South African fabric houses for us to quote on and order on their behalf.

What is the guarantee on Woodbender furniture?

Woodbender offers a 6-year structural guarantee on all indoor furniture. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Why do you show a "from" price?

The “from” price indicates the VAT inclusive retail price for the product excluding fabric and delivery costs. Because all Woodbender furniture is made to order according to our client’s specification of timber finish and upholstery fabric, the product price will vary depending on the fabric choice. In addition to this we deliver both nationally and internationally and prefer to quote delivery costs on an order by order basis to ensure the best delivery price possible.

Can I get a trade discount?

Yes, trade discounts are available to registered businesses. Please visit our Trade Partners page to find out more about how we work with our trade clients. All published pricing on the website indicates the VAT inclusive retail starting price, excluding fabric and delivery costs.

Is fabric included in the product price?

No, fabric is not included in the product price. All Woodbender furniture is quoted excluding fabric (CMT). Fabric can either be supplied by the client or quoted on separately and ordered on the client’s behalf.

Is delivery included in Woodbender prices?

No, delivery costs are not included in the product price. Local and International shipping is available and will be quoted on separately to ensure the best possible price.  Please discuss your delivery requirements with your sales consultant.  

Does Woodbender deliver nationally and internationally?

Yes, we deliver nationwide in South Africa and internationally. Please discuss your delivery requirements with your sales consultant.

What are the payment terms?

Woodbender requires a 50% deposit upon placing your order with the balance due before the order is dispatched.

Where are the Woodbender showrooms?

Woodbender has two showrooms. 

One in Helderberg (Western Cape) and the second in Parkhurst (Gauteng).

Where is the furniture made?
