There are several ways to get a quote:

When you are ready to place your order you will need to send us a signed copy of your formal quotation confirming the product style, fabric, and timber finish that you have chosen, along with proof of payment for the deposit of 50% of the total order.

No, Woodbender manufactures everything to order according to the client’s specifications of timber finish and upholstery fabric. We therefore do not hold stock and have a manufacture lead time of 2-6 weeks.

Yes, there are five standard timber finishes to choose from for our solid Ash furniture. Any non-standard colours that you may require can be discussed with one of our seating specialists. The upholstery fabric can either be supplied by the client and delivered to our factory (based in the Western Cape, South Africa) or the client can specify a fabric from one of the South African fabric houses for us to quote on and order on their behalf.

Woodbender offers a 6-year structural guarantee on all furniture. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Because all Woodbender handmade furniture is made to order according to our client’s specification of timber finish and upholstery fabric, the product price will vary depending on the fabric choice. In addition to this, we deliver both nationally and internationally and prefer to quote delivery costs on an order by order basis to ensure the best delivery price possible.

Yes, trade discounts are available to registered businesses. Please get in touch with one of our seating specialists to find out more. 

No, fabric is not included in the product price. All Woodbender furniture is quoted excluding fabric (Cut Make Trim). Fabric can either be supplied by the client or quoted separately and ordered on the client’s behalf.

No, delivery costs are not included in the product price. Local and International shipping is available and will be quoted separately to ensure the best possible price. Please discuss your delivery requirements with one of our seating specialists.

Yes, we deliver nationwide in South Africa and internationally. Please discuss your delivery requirements with one of our seating specialists.

Woodbender requires a 50% deposit upon placing your order with the balance due before the order is dispatched.

Woodbender’s showroom is based in the Helderberg, Western Cape. To find out more please take a look at our contact page

All Woodbender furniture is handcrafted in our factory in Strand, Western Cape, South Africa.

If your furniture gets damaged during delivery we will assess damages and if necessary collect the product and bring it back to our factory for repairs.
