Purchasing a new piece of furniture for your home or business is an investment that requires a fair amount of thought and consideration. We at Woodbender appreciate this and therefore endeavour to make purchasing our products as easy as possible. It is also important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase and the way it looks in its new space.
For this reason, we encourage our clients to book out our sample designs for 1-2 days so that they can see what it will look like in its final setting. This is especially recommended for designers who need to present our furniture to their own clients. We charge the delivery fee to get the product to and from our showroom and then credit that amount once an order is placed. Envisioning a certain design in a specific space is one thing, but by placing the sample in its intended spot, the guess work is taken out and the client can see exactly how the overall look fits together. We have two showrooms – one in Strand (Western Cape) and the other in Parkhurst (Gauteng). Between both, nearly the entire range is available to view and book out.
