How do I get a quote?
There are several ways to get a quote, simply choose which you prefer.

  1. You can request a quote directly from our website by selecting the product and quantity then clicking the ‘Request a quote’ buttons
  2. Send us an email
  3. Alternatively give us a call on 0860103647 during office hours
How do I place an order?
A signed copy of our quote: confirming style, fabric and stain, along with payment proof of the 50% deposit constitutes an order.
What is Woodbender’s stock holding?
Woodbender manufactures to order and therefore does not carry any stock.
Can I customise my order?
All products can be customised in terms of stain colour and upholstery fabric selection. Modifications to chair styles can be discussed on volume orders.
What is the guarantee on Woodbender furniture?
All Woodbender furniture comes with a 2-year structural guarantee when furniture is used indoors. Woodbender furniture is not guaranteed for outdoor use.
Can I choose a different wood colour and fabric to the ones on the website?
Any of our standard 15 timber finishes are available at no extra cost. Non-standard colours can be accommodated and can be discussed with your sales consultant. Fabrics are entirely your choice. You can either supply fabric (please arrange delivery to our factory) or alternatively select from any of the fabric houses and we will quote accordingly.

What are my wood colour options?
There are 15 standard timber finish options, which you can view here. Non-standard colours can be accommodated and can be discussed with our sales representative.
Do furniture quotes include or exclude fabrics?
Woodbender furniture is quoted on excluding fabric but including the labour to upholster. Fabric is quoted on separatley.
Why can’t I find a price?
Woodbender does not publish the price list as we prefer to quote per inquiry ensuring that we are offering the best price possible to our direct customers and trade clients based on quantity, lead time and product choice.
What are the payment terms?
Woodbender requires a 50% deposit upon placing your order with the balance due before the order is dispatched.
Is delivery included in Woodbender prices?
Yes, if you order 8 or more units and are in a city centre, delivery is included in the price. On less than 8 units and orders to outlying regions, a delivery charge will be quoted on.
Does Woodbender deliver nationally and internationally?
Yes, we deliver nationwide in South Africa and internationally. Please discuss your delivery requirements with your sales consultant.
What happens if my furniture is damaged during transportation?
If your furniture gets damaged during delivery we will assess damages and if necessary collect the product and bring it back to our factory for repairs.
Where are the Woodbender showrooms?
Woodbender has two showrooms in Strand (Western Cape) and Kramerville (Gauteng). We also have a Namibian supplier in Windhoek. Please click here for more information about our locations.
Can I borrow sampling?
We encourage you to borrow sampling from one of our showrooms to ensure that the furniture piece is suited to your needs. Should you require us to arrange delivery of samples, we will happily do so – this is accompanied with a courier fee. If you place an order, we will then credit you the sample delivery cost.
Where is the furniture made?
All Woodbender furniture is handcrafted in our Strand factory in the Western Cape, South Africa.
